This course aims to:

1. Reflect the role of personnel who work in the film and television production, post-production and production management area.

2. Reflect the role of personnel who work at a high level of creative specialization and/or the production management areas of the film and television industry.

Graduates may find employment in areas such as camera operation, sound production, the production of special effects, assisting the director/producer, production coordination, postproduction of sound and/or images, lighting production or selfemployment.

Students who satisfactorily complete the Advanced Diploma of Screen and Media will be eligible for entry into the third year of the Bachelor of Screen production. It will take a further one year of study to complete the degree.
